3. What ID do I need?
A valid, unexpired government-issued ID:
Driver’s license
State ID
Passport
Digital ID is acceptable for remote online notarization (RON).

4. Do you travel to all 5 boroughs?
Yes — we serve Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island, with a primary focus on East/Spanish Harlem.
5. Is there a travel fee?
Yes. Travel fees vary by location and time of appointment. You will always receive the fee amount before confirming your booking.
6. Can I get a same-day or last-minute notary?
Absolutely. Same-day, evening, and emergency notarizations are available depending on location and availability.
E-NOTARY / REMOTE ONLINE NOTARY QUESTIONS
7. What is Remote Online Notarization (RON)?
RON allows you to get documents notarized online via video call. You’ll upload your document, verify your ID, and sign digitally while the notary witnesses.
8. Is remote notarization legal in New York?
Yes — New York State authorizes RON. Your digitally notarized document is fully valid.
9. What technology do I need?
A smartphone, tablet, or computer with:

Yes. We can guide you through the apostille process or complete it for you (processing times vary based on document type and state requirements).

13. How do I book an appointment?

15. Do I need witnesses?
Some documents require one or two witnesses (e.g., POA, healthcare directives, estate documents).
If you don’t have witnesses, we can provide them for an additional fee (availability varies).
LEGAL & DOCUMENT QUESTIONS
16. Can you give legal advice or tell me which form I need?
No, notaries cannot give legal advice.
However, we can explain the notarization process and help you understand signing requirements.
17. Do documents need to be completed before the appointment?
Yes. All documents must be filled out ahead of time, leaving only the signature and date blank unless instructed otherwise.
18. Can you notarize unsigned or blank documents?
We cannot notarize documents that are incomplete, blank, or missing required information.
AFTER THE NOTARIZATION
19. Will I receive a digital or physical copy?
In-person notarization → physical stamped copy
Remote notarization → digital PDF (and physical upon request)
20. Do I get a refund if the notarization can’t be completed?
Notary fees are non-refundable once the session begins.
Travel fees are non-refundable after the notary is en route.
